Why is(are) my order(s) shipped partially or in a bundle? 18.11.05

[Partial Shipping According to Stock Situation]


Sometimes, it may take too long to ship all the items at once due to the inventory.

In such cases, we send the items that are initially ready and the rest will be shipped out when they are available. 

Please kindly understand that this system exists only for our NANDA customers’ convenience.


[Bundle Shipping]


If you wish to get all your items in one package, contact our CS with the order number.

Since re-stocking dates vary for all items, it may take additional days to prepare the entire order, and items will be dispatched once all are ready.


[Inventory]

 

Products displayed on the website are available for purchase. We run a pre-order system where items are produced on the date of purchase.

Cosmetic items are usually in-stock but once they run out, products will go under production and some may be delayed.

All newly stocked items will be shipped right away; however, once they run out, the orders may be delayed for re-stocking.

Re-stocking dates vary for every item and any delayed cases will be advised by us via e-mail.
